He was the curator of the collection from 1971 until\u00a0his retirement in 2004. His research specialty is the taxonomy and diversity of aquatic insects, especially of stoneflies (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plecoptera\">Plecoptera \u2013 Wikipedia<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2554\" src=\"https:\/\/qmor.umontreal.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/20060918_Cloutier.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"168\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Louise Cloutier<\/strong>\u00a0was the collection manager for 25 years until her retirement in 2015.
