Our holdings
The Ouellet-Robert entomological collection holds one-and-a-half million specimens. It is one of the larger Canadian university entomological collections and the second largest in Quebec. Aquatic insects from many regions of the world are particularly well-represented.
A complete inventory of the collection, in Darwin Core format, can be downloaded at Canadensys.
A small subset of our holdings has been databased and georeferenced at the specimen level. These especially include the aquatic orders Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Trichoptera, and our large holdings of Odonata. You can browse our specimen database at Canadensys.
